Historical facts
Villa Limba (Arrola Pine Villa) – years ago called Max Heinzelstein Baude named after a poet Max Heinzle. Founded between 1890-1896 as one of the first hostels in Sudeten Mountains. It is situated in the upper part of Borowice just outside Karpacz (4km) and not more than 5 km from the famous Wang Chapel. Villa Limba offers a breathtaking, panoramic view on the Karkonosze mountain range.
From 1946 the Villa functioned as a Tourist House ‘Limba’. In 1956 a great fire devoured the upper, wooden part of the house as well as the wooden veranda. In the late ‘60s the whole building was restored to its originals. It is now called Limba Pension.
